Shipping Policy

Processing Times: 

We aim to process your order within 3 working days.

UK: Royal Mail.

Europe & Rest of World: International Tracked Service.

Delivery Times:  

UK – 1-3 business days approx.

EUROPE – 5-10 business days approx.

REST OF WORLD – 9-12 business days approx.

This could take longer to some destinations, especially during busy periods and pandemics. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and are not responsible for delays due to items held up by Customs.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for returned or undelivered orders due to address errors. We can resend orders but there will be an additional delivery charge. 

Any shipping costs, cancellation fees or surcharges incurred for order cancellations, changes to addresses or changes to orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Shipping Costs: 

On occasion, there may be a surcharge for shipping if a parcel is particularly heavy or large. We will email you before processing your order to ask if you would like to pay the surcharge or would prefer to cancel the order.

Taxes and Import Charges:   

Customers outside of the UK are responsible for payment of any local customs fees, quotas, import duties or local taxes that may apply. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
